Jirik stood there in nothing but his underwear, at least until the doctor ordered him to remove them for the rest of his exam. Jirik was shy and felt that he would be easily embarrassed if he got naked. After asking the doctor if it was okay to leave them on, she demanded that they come off. Against his will, he removed his underwear and stood there naked and feeling helpless. Though Jirik wanted nothing more to leave the exam room and put his clothes on, he was forced to subject himself to everything that the doctor wanted to do to him.
